Is the pistol gas powered or electric? Is it spring? Is it cheap plastic? Is it metal? Are you even using it against people or just want a part of a collection? Will people complain and ban it for hurting too much if you play against people? Do you have better, more powerful weapons (if so, is a sidearm really necessary?)?
Do you need a new hard drive? Do you think you're going to be playing on Xbox 360 much longer now that the next gen has come?
These are the questions.

I'm sucking all of the juice I can out of my Xbox 360 before I get a next gen (5 years from now probably) and besides most of my good friends are not getting the Xbox One for another couple years so...ya... The pistol is gas blow back full metal, its both for my collection and using against people in airsoft wars. My other pistol is spring so it would be a step up.

its a simple Crosman R76 its pretty good but not the best

If it's only "pretty good" why not worry about that instead of paying so much for a sidearm that won't come handy very much?
