Well I have noticed a depressing outlook on my social life which I've had for many years and that comes from a frequent masturbation lifestyle I had. Of course it's also around the same time I started middle school and had that terrible history start so I have no idea which cause it is.

They happened about the same time, and whenever I spent a whole week trying not to masturbate I was more happy and active. However I did spend a month at my brother's place in NY, didn't masturbate and I was still shy, introverted, and afraid of talking to girls. He brought over a friend of his that I didn't find attractive at all and just talking to her made me sweat up a storm.
