Off topic how is this game? Is the community good as well? Thinking about picking this up for my PS4 when it comes out.

I'll try to be brief. 1. The game is pretty decent, it's fast-paced, more open access, and easier to get into than a predecessor like Final Fantasy XI. You can swap classes on the fly, so long as you've unlocked them at the respective guild, and you have a very decent selection of Hand or Land classes that they added for your betterment. If you want to make armor, you can become a Blacksmith of sorts. Miner, Miner of course ha. Want to make clothes and cloths? Weaver. And lots more. The game also looks pretty great and plays decently well once you get used to the macro system and hotkeys. 2. The community is usually pretty friendly, at anytime you can contact the Support Desk for information or FAQs about issues in the game, which helps to make sure everyone stays polite and the game stays asshole free and the like since you can submit a complaint about someone else at anytime, and you can easily interact with other people whenever you want because it's an MMO. So long as when you later on fulfill your combat role well, you'll never have issues with others. For Duty missions, which pair you up with people on different worlds and servers, just know that if you tend to fail and do badly, you will be ostracized. Some take it seriously when their healer in the party can't do their role, and you can easily be booted and disliked if you do badly. So it gets competitive sometimes. As for how it would be on the PS4, it should do well when February comes around. It's been a pretty great month and my Free Trial expires on the 10th so I'm trying to do as much as possible in it before then because I likely won't renew for awhile, but I got it for 20$ so a decent months worth of playtime is fine by me.

Ah ok thanks for the help, ill probably end up getting it since I'm looking to be more into MMO's.

This is probably as far as I'll go for MMOs myself, but make sure to find friends for it. I don't have many people that play it on the PS3, and even with the ones that are on the PC, I don't often get to play with them since they got into it a few months earlier than me.

Well I mainly just want to see what the buzz is all about with MMO's they don't seem all that special to me personally.

I would never try something like WoW or Runescape seriously, I played Runescape once for like 30 minutes, it blew chunks for me. Most won't be that amazing, but it's the really large and immersive ones that are the ones that should be worth your time. XI was alright, but outdated, XIV on the PS4 should be pretty fantastic I would say. Being able to interact with others in a connected world sounds like great fun with friends, and not too bad with strangers if they aren't off.
