It was suppose to be a back workout at first but my progress has decreased after a 23 day holday. only managed 5 chin ups on the first set, 1 on the second set, another 1 on the third set, couldn't do anymore my fourth try so I decided do some isolations for my shoulders then forearms

You shouldn't be burning out that quickly. Make sure you take enough rest time between sets, and rest and eat enough in between workouts.

40 seconds rest inbtween sets for me - Hannibal for King recommended not to rest for too long, gotta keep It intense
