Does this mean that charge that was brought against you will be dropped?

I know my state dropped all possession charges when our law passed.

As we increasingly grasp a federal end to prohibition, the charges will be ignored by my future employers, but unless I use my expungement, they will stay with me for life, regardless of the laws becoming amended to allow for legal recreational use. Also, I don't live in CO. :/
