All people remember about the Vidmasters were the difficult ones like Annual, Endure, and Deja Vu. But Vidmaster really isn't synonymous with difficult. For example, we had the 7 on 7 which only required a specific timing but was ultimately a very easy achievement. Same can be said about Lightswitch and Brainpan.
That said, I think it's a misuse of the name because Vidmaster specifically refers to the line of achievements needed to get Recon. Unless, of course, 343i has future plans with Vidmasters.

Really. Not synonymous with difficult? Do you even know where the Vidmasters came from? Trust me the original Vidmasters were no walk in the park.

Oh, I'm sorry. I've never really played Marathon so I always forget the origin of Vidmasters. I didn't even think about that when writing the reply, so I obviously didn't mean it in that sense. I just wanted to say that 343i aren't any worse about this than Bungie, that the Vidmasters [i]in Halo[/i] aren't specifically about difficulty.

This exactly, 343i are wrecking Halo even more now. They just want money from the looks of this achievement. Didn't expect a WAYPOINT mod to criticize 343i in any single way.

No not really, I haven't been to waypoint since I was banned and I think that was around January 2012. I have lurked there. I only know you are a mod because i've seen you a few times on waypoint..and THAT thread on b.net (the one where all of you invaded). I don't know man, most of the mods on waypoint (the ones I have met) like..worship 343i. So ye..
