Gaming has no age limit, OP.
I suggest you have a break from it or try a game different to the norm you usually delve into - perhaps an entire new franchise.

Yeah, I should have clarified, as I did with someone else: it's not an age thing, it's time spent on it. As with my Tolkien obsession about ten years ago, I just did too much of it and got bored. I've been gaming in some form for as long as I can remember, and got proper into the industry about ten years ago. Maybe it's that.

I have been playing Shadow of the Colossus a lot recently. And Black Mesa (now completed). Time to revisit Quake as well.
