-Go skeet shooting with a shotgun
-Feel rich for a weekend and go to Vegas with some friends and be a big shot
-Drift a car
-Take part in amateur drift and drag races
-Build your own car
I've done the first one already, but the rest are some things I would like to do when I get a job and have money and all.

Edited by Djpugh_: 12/27/2013 11:10:08 PMWeirdly enough I've done all of those apart from the drag racing even though I'm only 17:) Building a car is so much fun but takes a hell of a lot of time. Me and my dad built a kit car and it took just under two years.

Really? thats so awesome!!! Where did you guys get a kit car and how big was it? I would love to try building one. Would love to hear your experience with drifting.

Edited by Djpugh_: 12/27/2013 11:37:25 PMWe got it off of eBay and had to buy lots of other bits and pieces to make it better...in truth it isn't completely finished because of dad working and me at college (we want to finish the paintwork together). The one we are doing is a replica of the AC Cobra and is a perfect full size working copy. My dad taught me drifting as well:) He is currently the British 4x4 rally champion two years running so he took me out into the field and told me to have fun with the car...many donuts and power slides wee involved as well as drifting ;) I could actually look for a picture of the car tomorrow. If you search Ian Rochelle Racing on google images you'll see the car I learnt to drift in;)

Can you direct me to a kit car on ebay so i know what it looks like? Dude thats an awesome kit car!! was it expensive? Dude omg your dad is awesome!! sick car as well. I'm a prospective mechanical engineer and well anythign automotive related is just pure awesomeness!!! How did he get into rally and all? and how did he get so successful lol?

I'm not exactly sure how you find them, I just guess that you search the the type you want. The kit car initially cost about £500 but with the added parts it's probably gone to well over £2000. The racer in the pictures is hand built as well but that is way more. My dad got into it because him and my uncle were watching top gear one day and saw the episode where the bowler wildcat raced a mountain biker so my uncle (he's a millionaire) just went and bought one because he thought that it's be fun to try and do the optic 2000 and Paris-Dakar rally. They finished 10th place in the optic but smashed the car on the Dakar by driving over a broken dune and never finished. He always says that the success was a mixture of skill, luck and downright stupidity:)
