Well, Raggedy Man is my Doctor, and I think Tennant is the more emotive. But don't forget, Capaldi is a life-long fan, unlike Smith was at first (although Capaldi's been alive for the entire series' duration, unlike Smith), so maybe he'll bring even more to it. His inspiration will apparently be the Fourth Doctor, which was abundantly clear at the end of The Time of The Doctor.
