About the diet part, what if I buy fresh produce and don't know the nutrition into?

    Lets say you buy some strawberries. Chop them up and use standard measuring cups as your serving sizes. Lets say you chop up 1 Cup of strawberries. Then simply go online and look up the nutrition facts for [url=https://www.google.com/search?q=1+cup+strawberries&oq=1+Cup+Straw&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0l5.2846j0j7&bmbp=1&sourceid=chrome&espvd=215&es_sm=91&ie=UTF-8]1 Cup Strawberries.[/url] If you want to be really accurate you can buy a simple kitchen scale and weigh your food too, instead of using measuring cups.
