Scenario: Everyone in the world is now very good/moral/ethical.
So the whole world is now good. Immorality is virtually unknown and every reason why people can't have nice things is gone. All the governments in the world must now decide what is best for the people. Should we have a capitalist society? The rich CEOs will not be greedy and will have the good of society/environment in mind when making business decisions. Or should we have a communist society? The people work for the good of the people as opposed the good of themselves as individuals.
EDIT: All of you that thinks morality is subject can go -blam!- yourselves. Please become a divine command theorist/moral realist/etc. for the sake of this thread.

Under Capitalism competition creates better technology and innovation. Not to mention I have the power of free choice in the market. Communism works upon the ideology that "human nature is inherently evil to some degree," wherein the masses cannot be trusted to operate the market in an equal and fair manner, so the Government must keep everything under control. If humanity can be trusted, though, then that means Capitalism is the best option.

The government will give to some at the expense of others. You are assuming of course that the government can predict exactly what will happen and that all affected individuals will be better off. You seem to be taking a lot for granted. Not to mention that, as already mentioned, morality is subjective. The economy requires no central direction. For it will direct itself through voluntary exchange with information derived from the price system.

Communism is a VERY stable government system in theory, but not in practice because of corruption. If there is no corruption then I believe it would be the best system to have.

That's impossible, though. Good is only "good" when compared to the "bad". Take away the "bad" and all you have is ambiguity and people who do whatever the hell they want.

Fair trade, and a competitive market would boost technology. Say Bob makes a car, and sells that model for money. Steve makes a better car, and then sells that car model for money. Bob then adapts, and makes an even better car to sell. And this repeats, as both Bob, and Steve strive to make better products to sell. People will buy the better product, rewarding ingenuity.
