Having not played Last Light because 2033 was such utter tedium, I wouldn't know.

I can understand why 2033 was tedious for you. I do think you will like Last Light much more.

I often debate whether to wait and buy old games on the cheap and either potentially waste money or discover a gem myself, or watch a Let's Play and have the whole thing played for me. Which is kinda the same thing, ignoring the money, with Beyond. HEY-OH!
