Dragon Age: Origins. It is by Bioware, but has more of a Elder Scrolls feel to it. Still in third person, but is set in a world with magic, dragons, etc.
And if you really got desperate, I would then try Dragon Age 2... It's kind of a shit game compared to the first, but if you are bored/desperate enough, it can be a decent game.

By Skyrim you mean Fantasy.

I said Elder Scrolls, but yeah. When I first played the games, it felt like a hybrid between Elder Scrolls and Mass Effect. It is a fantasy game, but it feels more like an Elder Scrolls fantasy than others. When I think of fantasy games, I start thinking more along the lines of Final Fantasy or Monster Hunter.
