I think OP is referring to our hanger in the tower, but is unaware that it exists.

It would be the personal spaceship that would be the living quarters. That space is yours, so why would the city allocate a room/flat/house to a person who should be out fighting the city, not sat around doing nothing.

No source, just common sense. We'll see in due time if it does contain a house/home or safe house. I thought whats the point being in the city with no actual home? so maybe there would be safe houses to store everything that we don't want to take on our journey outside the walls etc.

Well that would be your spaceship. You don't need to have a "safe house" as you are a Guardian, the closest you would get would be shared quarters in the Last City. That's common sence.
