The only time a puffer fish can kill you is if you eat a bad batch of fugu.

Difference is, a dog won't attack unless it is bred to attack. A mouse will more than likely run away. A fish... Anyone who gets killed by a domestic fish deserves it. Snakes can and will lunge for you, they are predators. Dogs are easy to train out of it. Snakes, not so.

Dogs are domesticated, mice are mice, puffers are in a fish tank and can't strike at you (seriously never seen an aggressive snake have you?)
