Will co op have matchmaking? I don't know anyone else getting it and I'd like to get the achievements...

It has been confirmed that it will have Matchmaking support. It has not been confirmed nor denied whether or not it is Co-Op only. And as far as we know, Spartan Assault on Windows 8 devices will not receive "Floodfight".
