On one hand, it's disgusting they forced an apology from an old man; on the other, it's hilarious that they accuse him of being a war criminal that murdered civilians and all they want is an apology before setting him free. GG North Korea. Much victory. Such win. Wow.

I doubt they let him go because they just wanted an apology. It's probably because torturing and/or killing a war vet would unleash hell upon them
