I don't think it would be so simple. By planning carefully you might end up being too careful. Your plan would move too slow. Eventually the government would catch wind of your happenings. You would either be captured in the dead of night, or be sniped by a government agent. Dead end.

It depends id say i'd do terrorist attacks and if they do follow my tracks go to a secret hideout get a yellow book and an untrackable phone and hell's coming to the U.S.A
