How about the stats that show African Americans are disproportionally arrested and convicted of crimes? Or how about Stats that normalize around socioeconomic background?

Black-on-black murder (although OP's 93% seems a bit far-fetched so I'm doubting it) would not affected by a broken justice system.

Ahh, I get it. I could argue that most murders are between people in the same ethnicities, and that the socioeconomic factor still plays a role, but I get what you are saying.

Still really depends on that 93%. I'm calling BS on it, though. Statistics never come that close to 100% in real life.

He said socioeconomic circumstance. If you live in an impoverished area where lots of people get into the drug trade, of course a lot of people are going to get killed.
