How about the stats that show African Americans are disproportionally arrested and convicted of crimes? Or how about Stats that normalize around socioeconomic background?

Playing Devil's Advocate here, but for the sake of factual correctness, I don't think that would support black-on-black violence.

I'm confused, why is black on black crime being referenced? All I tried to do was point out that OP was leaving out information.

Black-on-black murder (although OP's 93% seems a bit far-fetched so I'm doubting it) would not affected by a broken justice system.

Ahh, I get it. I could argue that most murders are between people in the same ethnicities, and that the socioeconomic factor still plays a role, but I get what you are saying.

Still really depends on that 93%. I'm calling BS on it, though. Statistics never come that close to 100% in real life.

He said socioeconomic circumstance. If you live in an impoverished area where lots of people get into the drug trade, of course a lot of people are going to get killed.
