The 360 doesn't turn on your controller...but yeah, the "Xbox On" command never works for me so I just turn on the controller to turn on everything, just like I did with the 360.

Try talking like a robot, or Stephen hawking computer, sounds silly but it works.

I found something suggested in another forum that said " say Xbox ( pause a sec ) on. It has made the xbox on command improve. From 50% to about 80%.

Yeah I made a silly. I'm so used to having a wired Xbox 360 controller I assumed they turned on automatically. Derp.
