I think it's a low end computer and he's using a 360 gamepad to be honest. I've played this on 360 and it looks nothing like that. THAT makes the 360 version look good.

Look at it this way. My laptop can play BF4 at lowest settings, but won't play CoD Ghosts at all. Idk why, BF4 is still 100x better either way.
