Fairly balanced review. Covers the design of the console, the controller, UI, Kinect, TV features, etc.

I know it depends on game but hardware decides alot of it. I don't even use the Dashboard on the Slim.... Which is the point of having a GAMING CONSOLE, to play GAMES. And the consoles should be on par to atleast PCs, this is 2013. Not sure why I would need any other crap besides "Play Game"

1 ReplyI'm happy with my PS3 right now, and downloading some of the games there that are 10+ Gigabytes are already a bit annoying, because you have to download the game, then install it. The install goes much quicker, but even for me, downloading a game, like Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning, took about 2 and a half hours with nothing else using the internet. Doing that with games with 30+ Gigabytes of data would take upwards of 5 hours for me, that would be killing me.

1 ReplyNice review, Adam Sessler pretty much has the same outlook on this as me. It'll be interesting to see what Microsoft does with this in the future through the inevitable updates the console will get.
