You clearly have a faulty fun gland. And, no, that's not a euphemism.

It's possible, but fun gland transplants are very difficult. The operation itself is very complicated, as any mistake can cause permanent damage to the fun gland. Also, fun glands can only be taken from live donors, and there aren't many people with functioning fun glands willing to give them up. But who knows? In the future we may be able to grow our own fun glands.
