From Ashes > Leviathan >>>>>> Omega
Omega is almost LoTSB levels of dull
From Ashes is the dreaded "Day One" DLC that just happens to have pieces of it on the disc.
I honestly have no problem with Day One DLC like From Ashes. If you've got content that can't be finished before the deadline but can be finished after the game has "gone gold" in time for release - I'd rather have it than not have it at all.

The issue is that they charged so much for it though. The same thing happened with Zaeed in ME2, but Bioware gave him out for free with every copy of the game. ME3 gave you a game which was horrendously incomplete without Javik because his dialogue is so integral to the lore and history of the ME universe, especially on Thessia. Yet you had to pay an extra ££8 for him... "With squadmates so important, you have to pay extra for them!"
his dialogue is so integral to the lore and history of the ME universe, especially on Thessia.
I never remember him saying much aside from the odd throwaway comment about the odd race or two. How much of this was on Thessia? Never brought him along for that one.

During the confrontation with the asari Captain he reveals himself to be a Prothean to her and persuades her to give you her gunships to clear a path to the Temple of Athame. Before each combat encounter, he talks about things that happened during the Prothean-Reaper war (such as how the Reapers turned their own children against them, thinking that the Protheans would not kill them, but they did), and when you're at the Temple of Athame every item you click on has him reveal new bits of information about asari history and how the Protheans were working on elevating their species.

Edited by Dusty: 11/16/2013 5:27:21 PMEh, I suppose it's more of an issue for the people that care(ed) for the MEU. I only really played it because it's a Sci-Fi TPS. I didn't really mind the price tag that much - but I can see why people would have issues.
