"Details coming later in 2014". That doesn't say when in 2014. Could be around September time in which case they might have quite a few arcade titles out. I doubt they'd start giving retail games away for free right off the bat.

There will be stuff. Ryse will be given away for free. Some smaller stuff. It doesn't matter. Microsoft can't not be giving away free games as long as Sony is.
