That actually is DeeJ. During college he was a part time actor and he happened to land a small part on the show power rangers. He's been an extra in a bunch of other things too. You can read about it on his Wikipedia page.

That's... not true. IMDB did inform me that Deej oversaw construction a lot, though. Deej in a hard hat, shirtless or in plaid. Now there's a sight.
