What problem? It really isn't hard to do.

My phone got stuck during a reboot and I had to take apart my phone to unplug the battery, which took about an hour to do because I was going in blind because there's no guides online for my phone.

Bummer. I'll have to check out their website and see what the new features are, but it looks like my phone isn't supported anyways. No one cares about Motorola devices anymore ;_;
