I'd be quite willing to blame this on Capcom rather than Microsoft given their track record, lol. I think it will take quite a few games from quite a few sources to get a better sense of the potential of the hardware.

I understand. If the game were an outlier, I would be on board with putting the blame mainly on Capcom. I think my post history shows I'm not a Microsoft/Xbox hater... especially that one where I called gamers a bunch of crybabies. But with regards to graphics, it's the same story across the board-- except with Turn 10, since Forza does hit 1080p/60FPS.
