lol My thoughts on something I didn't like:
But wait, Plot Hole, they were in the material world when the Library was in the desert, meaning not the spirit world. Then, the Library was back in the Spirit World, which means his skeleton shouldn't have still been there and the guy's soul should have been present, but it's like he just completely died and skipped over the afterlife, what's up with that?
That's in reference to the Professor that stayed there in the TLA movie short. I don't get why the three Dog like Spirits followed her to the plain, the bird flew away, retained it's form, but the dogs betrayed her and turned evil, along with Fluffyfoot. Why?!

 • I have no idea how library guys body got in there. But I think Unalaq is able to not just turn dark spirits light, but light ones dark.

 • He got left in there in the Last Airbender short about The Library. Hmm, maybe, I'm waiting for Winy Pit to explain honestly.

 • His body shouldn't have been able to transfer into the spiritual world, unless his souls was a rotting corpse. Hmm...

 • Unaluq's body is in the spirit world because he went through the portal, I imagine that's how the Library, being a material object, was brought there - through a portal.

 • It's there because the building is there, clearly a portal of some sort was opened to allow physical objects/beings to enter the world just like the North and South spirit portals. Also remember Iroh left his body to come to the spirit world and when his body tied his spirit stayed. The prof died in the spirit world but his spirit would have left to go to the after life because he wasn't already detached

 • What do you mean how did he get there? He chose to stay there in the episode "The Library" and my guess is he was killed shortly after he entered the spirit world because he's still in the same location and around the same books and scrolls. That's why his skeleton is there.

 • I was thinking how when you go into the spirit world, your body remains in the real one.

 • Your body doesn't stay in the physical world when you enter through the portals. Maybe Wan Shi Tong made a temporary portal when he sunk the Library back into the Spirit Realm.
