I was talking to Cernunnos a bit earlier and I didn't get how Wan Shi Tong just [i]let[/i] Jinora in when she said that she came with the Avatar.

Wan Shi Tong let her in because she came with the Avatar, someone WST knew Unaloq was looking for. So he went and got Unaloq while Jinora was looking through the books.
