Skyrim. I played that game loads, so when being serious I'm near to unbeatable on it. Loved it and still do.
Maybe also Batman Arkham City, recently completed it on new game plus difficulty which only took me a week of about 1-2 hours a day

Also, PLEASE no one say a CoD game. It's a little known fact that literally any gamer can be at the top of the leaderboard on their team online on those games in a few matches of playing.
