They're the only developer I can think of that's done a decent job at designing large-scale multiplayer, and that's what a modern Battlefront game should be like. I just hope to God it's in first person this time around. If people want to switch to 3rd person they should be able to, but a modern multiplayer shooter should not be 3rd person by default.

Genuinely curious, did they confirm it to be a modern military shooter? If that were the case it'd effectively be a reskinned BF4, ya know?

He means a game released in modern day (I'm guessing he means in the last few years), not when the game takes place.

There are people out there that prefer 3rd person shooters and battlefront worked well.
