The US has done really well in their two games so far though Wales and the Cook Islands aren't even close to the level the Aussies play at so I can't see them getting past the quarters.
It's good to see burgeoning rugby league nations such as Italy and the USA doing so well (thanks to some help from the NRL) as it can only be good for the game as a whole.

What championship/league is this? I saw the other day that England beat the Wallabies for the Cook Cup (I think it was called that)

Edited by ANABOLIC INO: 11/4/2013 8:37:49 PMThanks mate. Whats the said difference between Rugby League World Cup and the RWC held in 2015?

The RWC in 2015 is for Rugby Union whilst this year's one is for League.

Oh okay, whats the difference? Sorry for the questions, I play myself but its not that big here in America lol.

Edited by The Dark Hadou: 11/4/2013 10:12:24 PMThis is good for a summary of the differences between how the two codes are played. I'd say League was faster, tougher, involved more ball skill and kicking skill but I'm biased and I'm sure Union fans would disagree :) Traditionally, in the UK at least, there's also cultural differences between the codes. League has always been a predominantly Northern (i.e. North of England), working class game with Union being seen as more Middle Class and being more popular, by comparison, in the South. I think the same can be said in Australia about the class divide though I'm not sure.

Gotcha. Thanks! :)
