Because it didn't evolve until level 40... I might do Flare blitz since it's Attack is heightened, but I don't know about Wild Charge, no room in it's moveset right now.

Oh, right, seventy is the level you're aiming for. I thought you were [i]at[/i] seventy. I'm running Wild Charge just because it's handy for hitting electric types. I'd like Low Kick as well, to hit bulky rock types, but you can only get that through breeding... Are you sure you want Will-O-Wisp? Rapidash isn't really a support Pokémon; I think you'd be better off with an extra attack.

Low Kick would be nice, but I think there's another Fighting move that i snuck on it, would have to check it's been over a week since I last played Pokemon. I eventually took off Will o Wisp, it was merely a placeholder for something else later on.
