>Halo 3
Was the best of the best when it was released, was at the top of the charts for some time and beat out CoD 4, the best one
>Halo: Reach
Never reached top of the charts, but it did go third but never surpassed BO or MW2, and it's average people online was no where near Halo 3's after a year or two
>Halo 4
Plummeted down the charts. Somehow royally -blam!-ed up infection and a forge worse than Reach's

Implying popularity=quality...
-
Well, yeah it kind of does. People aren't going to continue to play a bad game for years are they?
-
Let me say it this way. I know you think COD is shit. But, it's one of the most popular games of all time. Miley Cyrus? Extremely popular shitty music. You get the idea.
-
The reason CoD is popular is because little kids and casuals wouldn't know a good game if it smacked them with a shovel. And Miley Cyrus is only popular among pre-teen girls.
-
Doesn't matter why it's popular. It is popular. Period. Therefore, popularity does not equate to quality.
-
little kids and casuals wouldn't know a good game if it smacked them with a shovel.
Halo fans do though, thus why Halo 4's population is nearing its death.
-
Still. You will have people who argue something like "COD is the best selling game series ever, if it's not good why does it sell so much". If you know what I mean. Unfortunately it's not all casuals and kids arguing that point.
-
-looks to Call of Duty- .... I dunno man.
-
The majority of CoD players are little kids and casuals who wouldn't know a good game if it slapped them in the face. Halo is... was a game played by actual gamers who know the difference between shitty shovelware and an actual game.
-
Halo: Reach actually over took MW2 for about a week right after it came out, and was at the top.
-
Even with all the grey-ness, I thought Reach's Forge was the best. Groundbreaking for Halo. You can do almost anything with it.
