By the Gods. We were all in 7th-8th grade and wrote super duper hardcore music!!!1! Now I'm majoring in jazz bass and the guitarist of that band is majoring in jazz drums and we live in the same house.

We realise everything in metal derives from punk/rock which derives from blues which jazz is a form of. It's all linked!!
