You mean a $ 15 fee, and it's not Elder Scrolls VI either. It's the sixth installment, but it's not Elder Scrolls VI, there's a difference. For one, ESO is set quite a long time before even Elder Scrolls Arena....before there even [i]was[/i] a Septim dynasty ruling the Empire.
