I'll gonna create 3 characters:
-Male Human hunter (he will look like me and will be my main character)
-Female Awoken Ttan ( just because it's the most 'exotic' combination, I think).
-Male Exo Warlock (because I always was a big fan of Warhammer 40.000 and especially a race called 'Necrons'. They are robots with 'space magic').

Well I think the space marine really suits the Exo Titan

Yeah, but 40k's Space Marines aren't cyborgs. More like Halos spartans they are basically biological 'upgraded' humans. The Necrons would fit better, because they gave up their lives and their soul was imbedded in a cyborg body.
