Yvetal and Zygarde in Great Balls.
Ran out of Greats for Mewtwo so Ultra Ball had to be used :|

I taught my Aurorus Thunder Wave, so Xerneas and Mewtwo were super easy to catch in Pokeballs. Zygarde is a Ground type, so I had to wait for him to use Camouflage.
