Sorry, missed that part. I hadn't seen gameplay of it; Your ideas sound good, though.

The first half is actually quite good. You explore the base ruins, have teammates, any of which can be things, and you have to run blood tests, give them ammo ECt. It's pretty fun. The second half is in a stupid military base, after you lose [b]all[/b] of your equipment and surviving squadmates, and fight soldiers. I don't mean the occasional guy who thinks everyone else is a thing, I mean just. Boring. Human. enemies. Because we all bought a game called "The Thing" to kill generic military goons, right?
