It bothered me that [spoiler]she was fine with being with her husband's clone, then when he died, (we are to assume) that she is fine with being with his other clone.[/spoiler] It just seems weird.

Indeed, but it's better than being with nobody at all.. how many get to say that their husband died but you have a second chance with (essentially) the same person?
