You don't take mushrooms to escape reality... And if someone does, they'll typically have a VERY bad time. It's for an experience that, for the most part, can be indescribable, unless you experience it for yourself. People who do drugs to "escape" are the ones hooked on heroin, meth, etc.

If you are taking drugs to escape reality your doing it wrong. You cant escape reallity and shrooms will only allow you to see the connections and interrelationships between things and causes of your reality.

They will never understand. I learned more about myself friends the world and interrelationships from one night of shrooms than the rest of my life combined.

Have fun eating cow shit, while realizing that nothing that you gain while high will be of any use or prove to be a greater knowledge for the planet. Also have fun with your severe paranoia and anxiety issues for the rest of your life. Mushrooms aren't some gift to achieve transcendence, it is just a way for ill-tempered and weak-minded individuals to escape from their, as you put it, "hollow life."
