I assume his post is 100% original content. If I've said some of it without referencing him, it's probably because his post makes so much sense. In any event, I apologize for any unintended plagiarism, though I didn't really willingly draw from his material without referencing it.

You've been good with that so far. But eventually ideas assimilate into your own ideas enough that they are indistinguishable from your own thoughts. Any unintended plagiarism is perfectly understandable.
