That's a tricky game to learn when you can't read and have the mental age of 5.

Not really. No reading is required and plenty of little kids play it.

Learn the weapons, read objectives, perks and other things. There is a lot to grasp, we are in a mentally stable state so it doesn't seem hard for us and those "kids" are not mentally handicapped and are capable of learning. This guy isn't capable of learning anything but basic stuff.

Pretty much any game requires some reading and a learning curve. Why does he even have a 360 if he can't play any of the games? I think a Wii would be better for him.
