Yea, the human skull isn't built for slamming into cement, I hope she wins the case.

I'd be surprised if she didn't... whether or not she did something bad, she now has the public on her side... and I know couple feminists that wouldn't be beyond lynching any jury that wouldn't see that guy in a cell of his own... :l
