I don't. I keep people muted because they're most likely gonna be repeat offenders.

If they do repeat, it takes 2 seconds to mute them, so it really isn't a huge deal. Plus people can change.

Unless internet popularity points are at stake. In that case people will do whats necessary to make themselves known. In B.nets case, followers. But, you are right that people can change. Perhaps I'll go through my lengthy list of mutes and clean it out. [i]Maybe...[/i]
