Hahaha well you're not very bright. We've already draw a line. Non military cannot own highly explosive or automatic weapons (lethal weapons) just as Timmy down the bloc can't own a nuclear warhead. There's some criminal out there (Walter White) with a network and ability to procure even these banned to civilian weapons.
By your logic, we better equip every household with a p90 because a criminal could totally get their hands on an auto ak.
Being in an industrial design field; believe you me, I can fabricate a fully automatic lower receiver for a weapon. The idea between gun control, is that with more regulation (this doesn't mean things are just being taken away) the list of criminals getting their hands more easily on weapons will go down.
Think about school shootings, a gunman isn't going to target a system that's heavily armed, their going to go somewhere they can cause massive damage. So the solution shouldn't be reactive, give more guns out, it should be proactive: make sure crazy doesn't get the gun.

Why do you say that about semi auto vs full auto. Also false, now that I've looked this up, a majority of states do not allow you to apply for an ATF license.

There is no such thing as an ATF liscense, its a tax stamp, with filling out proper forms. Also its easy and legal to own a pre 86 full auto gun, other are hard to get, but can be gotten.

After looking it up myself, the number I got ranges from 30 states to 40 states which allow full-auto firearms to be owned.

Reactive logic is actually really slow, it's really not clean, and honestly you're an idiot for thinking my logical trail is somehow flawed.. This is why we have preemptive strikes, this is why we have metal detectors at airports and not just Air Marshals on every flight instead.

Okay, you admit criminals will never shoot up an armed area, but will shoot up a gun free zone such as schools. And instead of securing the children, you want to pass laws that make it harder for law abiding citizens to obtain guns and defend themselves. Question: Do criminals follow laws?

You cannot remove systems that will exist without guns. You can employ an officer at a school etc. but making a school zone a gun allowed zone isn't something that will ever be public ally popular it seems. So if gun free pockets will always exist, should we if anything make guns harder to obtain. I don't understand the idiotic argument. If you are a law abiding citizen a good regulatory system would allow you to still own whatever gun you desire...where as it should not allow someone who wants to go shoot up an unprotected area

You SHOULD be able to own fully automatic weapons. Even explosive for recreation only. The reason you can't use a rocket launcher for self-defense is it causes damage to property which you have no right to do. With more regulation the list of criminals getting weapons really stays the same, it only hinders responsible people which is a very bad thing.

It's easier than you think 1) Get a federal machine gun transfer form ( ATF Form 4 ) with fingerprints and photos for the background check. 2) one time transfer tax of 200$ When your transfer form is complete a federal stamp in the ammount of 200 is attached to your form, and that is your "permission slip" to own that specific machine gun. And then you have a machine gun.

So. In short I was not absolutely false. Filling out the form classifies you as a citizen with qualifications that exempt you from the federal law. Which is incredibly confusing and must be very intricately managed.
