At 3:00 minute mark: By freedom of speech, they meant parchment paper and a quill since that was available at the time. The Founding Fathers would never know we'd have cell phones and the internet and therefor ought to be heavily regulated.

He doesn't make a good point. He's just being a smart ass, "the right to bear arms" means that you have the ability to carry any weapon. Be it sword, knife, or gun.

Yeah, for a minute while you spend that time reloading. Criminals are going to get their hands on automatic weapons anyways, why screw over the law abiding citizens?
