The only thing they made in Halo 4 was the campaign.
The multiplayer was made by Certain Affinity.

Hey buddy, you just blow in from stupid town?

Forge was CA. Everything else was 343i, and all subsequent title updates.

Wrong. 343 did all the on-disc maps and classic game modes. CA did the Map Packs, but they didn't work on any of the classic game modes. Which is why there are stupid game modes in H4 (Dominion). Liquid Development created the 3D models of the extensively designed armour 343i gave them. 343 did most of the work, this "343 did nothing" rubbish is, well, rubbish.
I know that Certain Affinity contributed to Forge mode, but can you talk more about what other contributions Certain Affinity made to the game itself? Hoberman: We worked on War Games, so most of our focus was on the multiplayer side of things, and we worked on Forge. Kind of broad categories for stuff we did: we did a whole bunch of multiplayer maps for War Games; you've seen a bunch of them. We did a lot of game mode work for War Games, including Dominion, and we also re-did some other classic game modes like Oddball and King of the Hill. And Forge on top of that. [With] Forge, we did the majority of the feature work for Forge. And pretty much all of the content [laughs].
The interview was posted on November 6, 2012 The same day that Halo 4 was released! So he wasn't talking about DLC maps since none of them had been shown yet. 343 did the singleplayer and Spartan Ops, that's pretty much it.
-
Yes, because they start working on DLC maps when they show a trailer... /sarcasm CA did do most of the maps... The DLC. And that shit about Oddball and KOTH... Those game modes are so different from their predecessors. They didn't need to change anything.
we did a whole bunch of multiplayer maps for War Games; you've seen a bunch of them
CA did most of the maps. Not just the DLC.
-
Yes, the forge maps.

Edited by NaLo: 10/3/2013 5:10:20 PMThen why the -blam!- is he saying "we did a whole bunch of multiplayer maps for War Games; you've seen a bunch of them" on November 6 2012? The day Halo 4 was released. They hadn't done any DLC maps at that point! And just the maps made in Forge are not considered "a bunch of them".
-
You mean of the 9 maps that were released, 3 of them isn't a bunch? That's 30% Not to mention, the maps they showed in the Forge.
-
3/9 is 33.33%

-_- Are you serious? 33% rounded down is 30% Come one. Get your head out of your ass and have a legitimate debate.
