I love walls of text, don't get me wrong, but I find it hard to justify putting all that effort into big threads while the Trending Page is broken. Without an operational trending page, we're right back in the model of me having to stress out about posting the wall at the right time to give the thread momentum and the meticulously reserving my replies to bump the thread at key points to ensure that it lives for more than about a day. It's really nice when the Trending Page can keep my thread alive easily for three days and give it the start it needs to exist in this world. No idea about Phogoth, first time I've heard of that weirdo.
